• Minimum pad size: 0.5x0.25 mm2  

• Minimum pad distance: 0,1mm  

• Contact materials: Au, Ag, C, Cu etc  

• Typical substrates: flexible, heat sensitive. i.e plastics, paper, etc    

• Conducts through the Z-direction (Anisotropic)  

   

Manual Testing

For manual application in a laboratory environment we recommend doing a couple of "dry runs" to get to know the material and method. 

The tape application process is detailed is section 5 of the Application Note.

The key to a good application is: 

• Avoid trapped air and ensure good adhesive wetting of the surfaces 

• Bond the top adherend shortly after top liner removal
